Please fill out the entire form before clicking submit. You should have received an invitation that states the event/events you were invited for. Please only select the option that is present on your invitation as the ceremony location is fairly small and there are limited seats and you will not be allowed in to the event that was not listed on your invitation. If you were invited to both, please select the option that you plan on attending. We understand if you can not make it to both events and will miss you, but this will help us get an accurate head count and plan out spacing.
We will do our best to accomodate all of the dietary restrictions that we can. We will have vegan and vegitarian options for the reception. We will of course find accomodations for all allergy restrictions.
